dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá pracovní smlouvou a jejími náležitostmi. Práce je členěna do šesti kapitol. Na začátku je pojednáno obecně o pracovní smlouvě a její definici, následně o odstoupení od pracovní smlouvy a informační povinnosti zaměstnavatele. Hlavní část této práce se zabývá podstatnými náležitostmi a vedlejšími náležitostmi pracovní smlouvy. Na závěr je rozebrána smluvní volnost u pracovní smlouvy.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis deals with an employment contract and its terms. The thesis is divided into six chapters. At the beginning, an employment contract and its definition are generally discussed. Then, it is dealt with withdrawal from an employment contract and information liability of an employer. The main part of the thesis deals with essential terms and accidental terms of an employment contract. At the end, contractual freedom is analysed.en
