dc.description.abstractTématem této bakalářské práce je Mezigenerační srovnání motivačních faktorů na pracovišti. Cílem této práce je srovnat mezi jednotlivými generacemi motivační faktory na pracovišti. Doporučení pro podnikovou praxi jsou navržena na základě výsledků dotazníkového šetření. První část práce obsahuje teoretické vymezení motivace, motivace na pracovišti, spokojenosti pracovníků, zdroje motivace a motivační nástroje. V další části práce je teoretické ukotvení pojmů souvisejících s generací, včetně sociodemografických údajů o generacích. Následující část práce se zabývá dotazníkovým šetřením, včetně vyhodnocení dotazníků. V poslední části práce jsou navržena doporučení pro podnikovou praxi dle jednotlivých generací.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of this presented bachelor thesis is the Intergenerational Comparison of Motivational Factors in Workplace. The main objective of this work is to compare the motivational factors in the workplace intergenerational. Recommendations for business practice are based on the results of a questionnaire survey. The first part of the thesis contains a theoretical definition of motivation, motivation in the workplace, employee satisfaction, sources of motivation and motivational tools. The next part of the thesis contains the theoretical anchor of the concepts related to generation, including socio-demographic data about the generations. The next part of the thesis deals with a questionnaire survey, including the evaluation of questionnaires. Recommendations for business practice according to individual generations are proposed in the last part of the thesis.en
