dc.description.abstractPředložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na efektivní organizační strukturu společnosti KANZELSBERGER a.s. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část se zabývá problematikou organizování a organizačních struktur. Uvedené organizační struktury jsou popsány včetně grafického znázornění a uvedení jejich výhod a nevýhod. V praktické části je představena společnost KANZELSBERGER a.s. Následně je detailně popsána organizační struktura společnosti. Dále jsou nastíněny náplně práce jednotlivých pracovníků oddělení a poboček. Na základě dotazníkového šetření a rozhovoru se zaměstnanci je zhodnocena organizační struktura a doporučeny návrhy pro její zefektivnění.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis is focused on the effective organizational structure in KANZELSBERGER a.s. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part deals with theory of organizing and organizational structures. Organizational structures are described in detail, including their diagrams and advantages and disadvantages. In practical part the KANZELSBERGER a.s. in introduced. The following describes the organizational structure in the company. Then it includes a job description of individual employees of departments and stores. On the basis of questionnaire analysis and dialogues with employees the organizational structure were evaluated and proposed recommendation to improve effectiveness.en
