dc.description.abstractTato práce je věnována evidenci vlastnických práv k nemovitostem. V úvodu práce jsou popsány počátky vedení zápisů vlastnictví do zemských desek a následně do pozemkových knih. V dalších částech se práce věnuje historickým událostem, které způsobily změny ve vedení evidence vlastnických práv. Například válka, vznik Československé republiky nebo změna občanského zákoníku v roce 1951. Některé změny se prolínají do dnešní doby. Jedna z posledních kapitol je věnována dnešnímu způsobu evidence a duplicitnímu zápisu vlastnictví. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny dva konkrétní příklady popisující příčiny vzniku duplicitního zápisu vlastnictví v závislosti na historickém vývoji evidence vlastnických práv k nemovitostem.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis work is dedicated to the registration of property rights to real. In the introduction, the thesis describes the beginnings of keeping records of property rights in domesday books, and then in the land registry book. In other parts of the thesis is devoted to historical events which have caused changes in the keeping records of the registration of property rights. For example, the war, the formation of the Czechoslovak Republic or change of the civil code in 1951. Some of the changes are blending to the present day. One of the last chapters is devoted to today's way of registration of property rights and to duplicate registration of property rights. At the conclusion of the thesis are two specific examples which describe causes of duplicate records of property rights depending on the historical development of the registration of property rights to real estate.en
