| dc.description.abstract | Předložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu hospodaření obcí v rakovnickém okresu Křivoklát, Městečko a Zbečno. Cílem této práce je analyzovat hospodaření jednotlivých obcí mezi lety 2011 až 2014, zhodnotit hospodaření pomocí vybraných ekonomických ukazatelů, komparovat výsledky ukazatelů jednotlivých obcí mezi sebou a formulovat doporučení. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část, v níž první tři kapitoly jsou zaměřeny na teorii, zbylé tři kapitoly tvoří praktickou část. První kapitola popisuje rozpočtový proces, mimorozpočtové fondy a rozpočtovou skladbu. V následující kapitole je popsáno samotné hospodaření obcí z hlediska příjmů a výdajů. Třetí kapitola pojednává o ukazatelích, jež jsou využívané pro analýzy a hodnocení hospodaření obcí. Čtvrtá kapitola je věnována charakteristikám vybraných obcí. Následující kapitola pátá obsahuje hlavní část práce, která je zaměřena na hospodaření vybraných obcí, jsou zde analyzovány obce z hlediska metody US Research, dalších ukazatelů využívané pro hodnocení hospodaření obcí. Šestá kapitola obsahuje vyhodnocení analýzy a identifikaci silných a slabých stránek vybraných obcí. Sedmá kapitola je věnována zhodnocení použitých ukazatelů. Poslední kapitola obsahuje návrhy na zlepšení v oblasti hospodaření vybraných obcí. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis is focused on financial analysis of municipal in the district Rakovník - Křivoklát, Městečko and Zbečno. The aim of this study is to analyze the performance of individual municipalities between 2011-2014, to evaluate management using selected economic indicators to compare the results of the indicators of individual communities among themselves and formulate recommendations. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part, in which the first three chapters are devoted to the theory, the remaining three chapters are practical. The first chapter describes the budget process, budget funds and budget structure. The following section describes himself finances of municipalities in terms of revenue and expenditure. The third chapter discusses the indicators that are used for analysis and evaluation of municipal finances. The fourth chapter is devoted to the characteristics of the selected municipalities. Next chapter contains the main part of the work, which is focused on the management of selected municipalities, municipalities are analyzed in terms of US Research methods, other indicators used for assessment of municipal finances. The sixth chapter includes the evaluation of the analysis and identification of strengths and weaknesses of selected municipalities. The seventh chapter contains appraisal used indicators. The last chapter contains suggestions for improving the current situation in selected villages. | en |
