dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se věnuje podpoře dětí se sluchovým postižením vyrůstajících v dětských domovech. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jakým způsobem dětské domovy podporují děti se sluchovým postižením ve vývoji, komunikaci a sociálním začlenění. Teoretická část shrnuje poznatky o sluchovém postižení, vývojových specifikách dětí se sluchovým postižením a o ústavní péči. Výzkumné šetření proběhlo formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se šesti vychovateli z dětských domovů. Výsledky ukázaly, že způsoby podpory se liší například podle individuálních potřeb dítěte, zkušeností pracovníků a dostupnosti odborníků. Výzkum dále poukázal na problémy jako jsou opožděná diagnostika, nedostatek odborné péče a chybějící školení pro zaměstnance.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis focuses on the support of children with hearing disability growing up in children's homes. The aim of the thesis was to explore how children's homes support children with hearing disability in development, communication, and social integration. The theoretical part summarizes knowledge about hearing disabilities, developmental specifics of children with hearing disabilities, and institutional care. The research was conducted through semi-structured interviews with six educators from children's homes. The results showed that support strategies vary depending on the individual needs of the child, the experience of the staff, and the availability of specialists. The research also highlighted issues such as delayed diagnosis, lack of specialized care, and insufficient training for staff.en
