dc.description.abstractPředložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu konkurenceschopnosti společnosti Úněšovský statek a. s. Konkurenceschopnost podniku je hodnocena pomocí analýz a metod používaných ve všech okolích podniku. Práce obsahuje metodu VRIO, finanční analýzu, Porterův model pěti sil a PEST analýzu. Výsledky z těchto analýz jsou shrnuty do tabulky SWOT analýzy. V závěru práce jsou navržena opatření pro posílení konkurenceschopnosti společnosti Úněšovský statek a. s.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe presented bachelor thesis is focused on the competitiveness analysis of the company Úněšovský statek a. s. Company competitiveness is evaluated by means of analyzes and methods used in all areas of the company. The thesis contains the VRIO method, financial analysis, Porter´s five forces model and PEST analysis. The results of these analyzes are summarized in the SWOT analysis table. In the ending thesis are suggested measures to improve competitiveness of the company Úněšovský statek a. s.en
