| dc.description.abstract | Hlavním cílem kvalifikační práce bylo sestavit a realizovat pohybový intervenční program pro seniory v domově s pečovatelskou službou a zanalyzovat jeho dopady na vybrané aspekty zdraví a kvality života probandů. Sestavená pohybová intervence byla aplikována po dobu 3 měsíců mezi výzkumnými analýzami, které probíhaly prostřednictvím sportovních hodinek Garmin 35, odběru osobní anamnézy a dotazníkových šetření, hodnotících vnímání kvality života, míry deprese a závislosti seniora na druhé osobě. Vstupní a výstupní analýza proběhla na výzkumném prvku, který byl sestaven ze seniorů obou pohlaví ve věku 80 - 86 let. Závěrečná komparace vstupní a výstupní analýzy prokázala, že výsledky hodnotící vliv pohybové intervence na seniora mají pozitivní diferenci a lze tedy jednoznačně pohybovou intervenci doporučit pro další práci se seniory nejen v tomto zařízení. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The main aim of this thesis was to compile and implement the locomotor training programme for the elderly in the care home. It also analyzed the impact of this programme on health and quality of life aspects of the probands. The compiled locomotor training was applied over the period of three months within the research analysis run with the help of smartwatch Garmin 35, taking the personal anamnesis and questionnaire research evaluating the perception of the quality of life, degree of depression and dependence of the elderly on others. The initial and final analysis was taken on the research element which consisted from the elderly of both sexes between the ages of 80 to 86 years old. The concluding comparison of the initial and final analysis proved that the results evaluating the influence of the locomotor training on the elderly have got positive effects. This is why we can definitely recommend the locomotor training programme for futher work with the elderly, not only in this particular care home. | en |
