dc.description.abstractHlavním cílem této diplomové práce je seznámit čtenáře s některými historicky významnými diofantovskými rovnicemi. Je zde vysvětlena Pellova rovnice, zobecněná Pellova rovnice a pythagorejská rovnice. Vše je prezentováno pomocí příkladů. Tato práce se zabývá příklady matematické olympiády, kde jsou použity diofantovské rovnice. Popisuje desátý Hilbertův problém a také jeho řešení. Poslední část této práce vysvětluje práci s počítačovým programem Mathematica a je věnována praktickým ukázkám řešení rovnic pomocí tohoto programu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe main object of this diploma thesis is acquainting the reader with some historically significant Diophantine equations. There is explained Pell's equation, generalized Pell's equation and Pythagorean equation. All facts are presented with examples. This thesis deals with examples of mathematical Olympiad, where the Diophantine equations are used. It describes the tenth Hilbert's problem and its solution too. The last part of this thesis explains work with computer program Mathematica and it is devoted to practical examples of solutions to equations with this program.en
