dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku aktuální situace, problematiku nezaměstnanosti a její příčiny. Zabývá se negativními jevy nacházející se na trhu práce v okrese Plzeň-jih. Popisuje fungování trhu práce, a čím je ovlivněn ze strany nabídky práce a poptávky práce. Vymezuje pojem nezaměstnanost, její druhy a citlivost na probíhající změny na trhu práce. Vysvětluje, jakými činnostmi se zabývá úřad práce, co znamená státní politika zaměstnanosti a jaké jsou nástroje aktivní a pasivní politiky zaměstnanosti. Jaké faktory ovlivňuje nezaměstnanost. Postup úřadu práce při uplatňování různých skupin obyvatelstva postihující nezaměstnanost.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis is focused on the characteristics of the current situation, the issue of unemployment and its causes. It deals with negative effects located on the labour market in the district of Plzeň-jih. It describes the functioning of the labour market and how it is affected by labour supply and labour demand. It defines the concept of unemployment, its types and sensitivity to ongoing changes in the labour market. It explains, which activities are dealing with by the labour office, what state employment policy means and what are the instruments of active and passive employment policy. What factors affect unemployment. The procedure of the Labour Office in the application of the various groups of the population, which is affected by unemployment.en
