dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce Financování neziskové organizace se zabývá příspěvkovou organizací Městského úřadu v Tachově. Cílem bylo analyzovat zdroje financování a příjmy a výdaje konkrétní neziskové organizace. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část se zabývá postavením příspěvkových organizací, jejich druhy a právní úpravou. Dále je zaměřená na oblasti jejich působení, na způsoby financování, jejich příjmy a výdaje. V další kapitole je představena konkrétní příspěvková organizace. Praktická část analyzuje hospodaření ve sledovaném období se zaměřením na konkrétní příjmy a výdaje. V závěru bakalářské práce dochází ke shrnutí poznatků a jsou navržena doporučení vedoucí k efektivnějšímu hospodaření příspěvkové organizace.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedBachelor´s thesis Funding of non-profit making organisation follows up the non-profit making organisation of Tachov´s municipality. The purpose of this thesis is to analyse the source of fundunging and revenue and spendings of this particular non-profit making organisation. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretic part of this thesis is focused on the status of non-profit making organisation, the kinds of these organisations and their legislation. Furthermore it is focused on the field of activity, the ways of funding and revenue and spendings. In the next chapter a particular non-profit making organisation is introduced. The practical part analyses the management in the tracked period focused on particular revenue and spendings. In closing of this bachelor´s thesis the basic infornation are summarized and some advice leading to more efficient management in this non-profit making organisation are suggested.en
