Teoretická část diplomové práce obsahuje základní principy trestního řízení a dokazování. Popisuje také znaleckou činnost z pohledu trestního práva a práva znaleckého. Stěžejní část této práce je věnována analýze současných problémů ve znalectví. Pozornost je zaměřena také na návrhy, které by pomohly vyřešit aktuální problémy v oblasti znalectví. | cs |
