dc.description.abstractPředložená bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou konkurenceschopnosti podniku Okula, a. s. Konkurenceschopnost se zaměřuje na zhodnocení podniku pomocí analýz vnějšího a vnitřního okolí. Pro analýzu vnějšího okolí je využit Porterův model pěti sil a PEST analýza. Poté je provedena analýza vnitřního okolí ve formě marketingu, finančních faktorů a další. Ekonomická situace podniku je zhodnocena poměrovými ukazateli finanční analýzy. Získané informace z analýz jsou shrnuty do SWOT analýzy, která popisuje slabé a silné stránky, příležitosti a hrozby podniku. SWOT analýza je rozšířena o matici EFE a matici IFE. Na konci práce jsou navržena opatření ke zlepšení konkurenceschopnosti podniku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe presented bachelor thesis is focused on the competitiveness analysis of the company Okula, a. s. Competitiveness is concentrated on the evaluation company through analysis of external and internal environment. For analysis of external environment is used Porter's Five Forces model and PEST analysis. Then an analysis of internal environment is performed in forms of marketing, financial factors and others. The economy situation of company is evaluated through the financial ratios. The gained informations from the analysis are summarized in SWOT analysis, which describes weak and strong points, opportunities and threats for the company. SWOT analysis is extented for EFE matrix and IFE matrix. In the ending of bachelor thesis are suggested measures to improve competitiveness of the company.en
