dc.description.abstractZáměrem hlavního tématu této bakalářské práce bylo nastínění fundraisingových strategií neziskových organizací, zabývající se problematikou dětí a mládeže ze sociálně vyloučeného prostředí. Teoretická část byla rozčleněna do několika kapitol, které se zabývají problematickou občanské společnosti, neziskového sektoru, sociální práce, sociálních služeb, sociální politiky, sociálního vyloučení, a dále pak kapitola o fundraisingu, osobě fundraisera nebo metodách fundraisingu. V praktické části byla popsána metodologie výzkumného šetření. Hlavním výzkumným cílem bylo "zjistit, jaké strategie fundraisingu používají neziskové organizace zaměřené na práci s dětmi ze sociálně vyloučeného prostředí v Plzni." Ve výzkumném šetření bylo užito dotazníku, na jehož základě byly zanalyzovány jednotlivé strategie organizací, jejich financování, používané metody fundraisingu a pravidelnost udržení kontaktu s donory.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe intention of the main topic of this bachelor thesis was outline of some examples of the fundraising strategies of non-profit organizations dealing with children and young people from socially excluded backgrounds. The theoretical part is divided into several chapters that deal with the problematic of civil society, NGOs, social work, social services, social policy and social exclusion, followed by chapter about fundraising, person of fundraingu or fundraising mathods. In the practical part describes the research methodology. The main research aimed to "determine what strategie of fundraising are used by non-profit organization focused on working with children from socially excluded backgrounds in Pilsen." In research was used questionnaire, on the basis of individual strategies of fundraising were analyzed in organizations, their funding, the methods of fundraising and regularity maintaining contact with donors.en
