| dc.description.abstract | Cílem mé diplomové práce je rozebrat místo činu a věnovat se především jeho trestně právnímu významu. Zároveň chci propojit trestněprávní význam s jeho kriminalistickým významem tak, aby byly všechny spojitosti srozumitelně pochopitelné a bylo na ně nahlíženo jako na jednotlivý celek. Dále se práce zaměřuje na současné metody, které jsou využívány Policií České republiky, pro ohledání a dokumentaci místa činu. V poslední části se práce zaměřuje na stopy jejich trestněprávní význam a důležitost jež mají v trestním řízení. | cs |

At the same time, I want to link the criminal-law meaning with its criminalistic meaning so that all connections are comprehensible and understandable as a whole. Furthermore, the thesis focuses on current methods, which are used by the Police of the Czech Republic, for searching and documenting the crime scene.
