Alternativní tresty představují vedle nepodmíněného trestu odnětí svobody jiný prostředek jak účinně sankcionovat pachatele trestné činnosti. Primárním cílem diplomové práce je představit a zhodnotit aktuální právní úpravu podmíněného odsouzení, domácího vězení, obecně prospěšných prací a peněžitého trestu v českém trestním zákoníku. | cs |
