dc.description.abstractPředmětem a cílem této bakalářské práce je formulace podnikatelského záměru na založení a provoz kontaktní zoologické zahrady. V teoretické části práce byl představen aktuální pohled na strukturu podnikatelského záměru a popsány jeho jednotlivé složky. V empirické části práce byl již vytvořen konkrétní podnikatelský záměr jehož součástí byla analýza tržního odvětví a konkurence, formulace cílů a volba strategie a návrh marketingového mixu podniku. Dále byl vytvořen finanční plán a odhadnut potenciál realizace tohoto projektu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe subject and goal of this bachelor thesis is the formulation of a business plan for the establishment and operation of a petting zoo. The theoretical part of the thesis introduced a current view on the structure of the business plan and described it's individual components. In the empirical part of the thesis, a specific business plan was created. Business plan included market and competition analysis, formulation of company goals, choice of strategy and the design of the company's marketing mix. Lastly, a financial plan that included an assessment of the project's potential for the implementation was developed.en
