dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce je zaměřena na hospodářskou soutěž a její ochranu v České republice. Cílem diplomové práce je charakterizovat ochranu hospodářské soutěže v České republice, následně s využitím informací získaných z teorie analyzovat konkrétní příklady narušování hospodářské soutěže a na základě zjištěných poznatků formulovat doporučení pro soutěžitele. Obsah práce je rozdělen do šesti kapitol. První kapitola této diplomové práce je věnována vztahu ekonomie a soutěžního práva. V druhé kapitole je vymezen systém ochrany hospodářské soutěže v Evropské unii. Třetí kapitola práce se zaměřuje především na definování ochrany hospodářské soutěže v České republice. V rámci čtvrté kapitoly je pozornost věnována různým formám narušování hospodářské soutěže. Pátá kapitola analyzuje konkrétní případy narušování hospodářské soutěž. V poslední kapitole jsou shrnuty důležité poznatky a jsou formulována doporučení pro soutěžitele.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe master thesis is focused on a economical competition and its protection in the Czech Republic. The aim of the master thesis is to describe the protection of the economical competition in the Czech Republic, then using the information obtained from theory to analyze specific examples of distortion of the economical competition on the basis of findings to formulate recommendations for competitors. The content of the thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter of this master thesis is devoted to the relationship between economics and competition law. The second chapter defines the protection system of the economical competition in the European Union. The third chapter focuses mainly on defining the protection of the economical competition in the Czech Republic. In the fourth chapter, attention is paid to a various forms of distortion of the economical competition. The fifth chapter analyzes specific cases of distortion of the economical competition. The last chapter summarizes important findings and formulates recommendations for competitors.en
