dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce zpracovává témata jako jsou generace a dále komunikace. Práce je rozdělená na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou již rozebírány konkrétní generace, a to generace X, Y a Z. Dále je v práci rozebrané téma komunikace a to jak verbální a neverbální, tak interpersonální a intrapersonální. Dále se práce soustředí na témata ageismu a generačního porozumění na pracovišti Existují jeho výhody a samozřejmě i nevýhody. V praktické části bakalářské práce je výzkum, který se zaměřoval na mezigenerační vztahy na konkrétním pracovišti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelore´s thesis deals with topics such as generations and communication. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, concrete generations are discusse, namely generations X, Y and Z. The thesis also discusses the topic of communication, both verbal and non-verbal, as well as interpersonal and intrapersonal. Furthermore, the paper focuses on the topics of ageism and generational underestanding in the workplace. There are its advanteges and, of course, disadvatages. The practical part of the bachelor´s thesis includes research that focused on intergenerational relations in a specific workplace.en
