dc.description.abstractCílem bakalářské práce je analýza fundraisingu vybrané neziskové organizace a návrh fundraisingové strategie. Pro zhodnocení fundraisingové situace ve vybrané neziskové organizaci, bylo realizováno kvalitativní výzkumné šetření. Metodou výzkumu byl zvolen hloubkový polo-strukturovaný rozhovor. První část bakalářské práce vymezuje problematiku fundraisingu a neziskových organizací. V druhé části práce je literární rešerše aplikována na vybranou neziskovou organizaci. Výstupem práce je návrh vhodné fundraisingové strategie, zejména v oblastech dárcovství a sponzoringu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of the bachelor thesis is the analysis of fundraising of chosen non-profit organisation and suggestion of fundraising strategy. It was realized the qualitative research to evaluate the fundraising situation. The method of research was chosen an interview. The first part of the bachelor thesis defines fundraising and non-profit organisations. The literary recherche is followed by practical part which is apllied to a specific organisation. The output of this thesis is the suggestion of fundraising strategy especially for sphere of donation and sponsorship.en
