| dc.description.abstract | Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza fundraisingu vybrané neziskové organizace a návrh fundraisingové strategie. Pro zhodnocení fundraisingové situace ve vybrané neziskové organizaci, bylo realizováno kvalitativní výzkumné šetření. Metodou výzkumu byl zvolen hloubkový polo-strukturovaný rozhovor. První část bakalářské práce vymezuje problematiku fundraisingu a neziskových organizací. V druhé části práce je literární rešerše aplikována na vybranou neziskovou organizaci. Výstupem práce je návrh vhodné fundraisingové strategie, zejména v oblastech dárcovství a sponzoringu. | cs |

It was realized the qualitative research to evaluate the fundraising situation. The method of research was chosen an interview. The first part of the bachelor thesis defines fundraising and non-profit organisations. The literary recherche is followed by practical part which is apllied to a specific organisation.
