dc.description.abstractCílem této bakalářské práce bylo zhodnotit plodnost kriticky ohroženého raka kamenáče na území České republiky. Fekundita byla hodnocena na celkem 6 tocích. Pro analýzu bylo odchyceno 35 samic s vajíčky (68 samic celkem). Z výsledků vyplynula pozitivní korelace mezi velikostí samice na hned dvou proměnných - počtu vajíček ve snůšce a velikosti vajíček. Podrobnější analýza dat vedla ke zjištění, že na počet a velikost vajíček působí kromě tělesných proporcí samice i externí vlivy. Dále byly vyhodnoceny reprodukční strategie analyzovaných samic. Ty byly hodnoceny ze vztahu mezi počtem a velikostí vajíček na jednotlivých tocích. Z výsledků vyplynulo, že na Bradavě, Mešenském a Mítovském potoce samice preferovaly menší počet větších vajíček. Do budoucna je pro ochranu raka kamenáče klíčové prohloubit poznatky o jeho reprodukci. Tyto data mohou totiž výrazně napomoci stanovení velikostí jednotlivých populací.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of this study was to evaluate the fecundity of the critically endangered stone crayfish in the Czech Republic. The fecundity was evaluated on 6 streams in total. 35 females carrying eggs (68 females overall) were captured and analysed. Correlations between the size of the female and the number of eggs and between the size of the female and the size of eggs were found. Further analysis led to the conclusion, that all the correlations are not influenced only by the size of the female but also by external impacts. Reproductive strategies of the females were analysed as well. They were evaluated from the relationship between the number of eggs and the size of eggs in the clutch (each stream individually). The results showed that in the Bradava, Mešenský brook and Mítovský brook females preferred a smaller number of larger eggs. In the future, it is very important for the protection of the stone crayfish to deepen the knowledge about its reproduction. These data could help to determine the sizes of individual populations.en
