| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení ekonomické situace společnosti Scanwest Plzeň spol. s r. o., určení současného postavení společnosti na trhu a stanovení návrhů na zvýšení její konkurenceschopnosti. Teoretická část této práce poskytuje teoretické podklady pro posouzení ekonomické situace a konkurenceschopnosti dané společnosti. V úvodu praktické části je uvedena charakteristika společnosti a stručně popsány nabízené produkty a služby. Pomocí finanční analýzy je zhodnocena současná ekonomická situace a finanční zdraví společnosti. V rámci finanční analýzy jsou posuzovány pouze poměrové ukazatele, které umožňují srovnání společnosti s konkurenčními podniky. Následně je provedena analýza vnějšího prostředí podniku, která obsahuje PEST analýzu a Porterovu analýzu pěti konkurenčních sil. V závěru práce jsou na základě vypracovaných analýz uvedeny návrhy na zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti podniku. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The thesis is focused on evaluation of the economic situation of the company Scanwest Plzen Ltd., determination of the current position in the market and determination of proposals to increase its competitiveness. The theoretical part of this thesis provides a theoretical basis for assessing the economic situation and competitiveness of the company. In the beginning of the practical part there is a characteristic of the company and brief description of offered products and services. Using financial analysis, assessment of the current economic situation and the financial health of the company is provided. In the financial analysis only ratios are analyzed that allow comparison of the competing companies. Following is an analysis of the external business environment, which includes PEST analysis and Porter's five competitive forces analysis. Proposals to increase the competitiveness of the company on the basis of the analysis are set out at the conclusion. | en |
