dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce s názvem "Založení a fungování ústavu v podmínkách ČR - ekonomický pohled" se zabývá postavením ústavu v podmínkách ČR z hlediska účetního a daňového. Rekodifikací občanského zákoníku v roce 2014 došlo k zavedení nové formy právnické osoby - ústavu. Práci tvoří dvě části, teoretická a praktická. Teoretická část se zabývá pojmy z oblasti neziskového sektoru, druhy neziskových organizací, základními rysy a zdroji financování neziskové organizace. Dále je zde popsána právní forma ústav, jeho účetní a daňové aspekty. V praktické části jsou popsány účetní a daňové aspekty konkrétního ústavu, a to Správy kláštera premonstrátek v Chotěšově, z. ú., je provedena analýza nákladů, výnosů a daní v období 2017 - 2018. V závěru práce jsou stanovena pozitiva a negativa zvolené právní formy u sledovaného subjektu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis called "Founding and functioning of an institute in the Czech Republic - from the economic perspective" deals with the position of the institute in therms of accounting´s and taxes´ aspect in the Czech republic. Recodification of the Civil Code in 2014 introduced a new form of legal entity - the Institute. The thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with notions in the non-profit sector, types of non-profit organizations, its basic features and sources of financing. There is also described the legal form of the institute, its accounting and tax aspects. The practical part describes the accounting and tax aspects of a particular institute "Správa kláštera premonstrátek v Chotěšově, z.ú.", the analysis of costs, revenues and taxes in the period 2017-2018. In the conclusion, the positives and negatives of the establishment and functioning of the selected institute are set.en
