dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá problematikou skončení nájmu bytu, kdy hlavní část práce je věnována výpovědi nájmu ze strany nájemce a pronajímatele. Cílem práce je rozebrat právní úpravu způsobů skončení nájmu bytu. Konkrétně skončení nájmu dohodou, uplynutím doby, smrtí nájemce a výpovědí ze strany nájemce a pronajímatele společně s výpovědními důvody. Diplomová práce je uvedena kapitolou, která stručně vymezuje právní úpravu nájmu bytu, dále jsou rozebrány způsoby skončení nájmu bytu a následují kapitoly věnované výpovědi ze strany nájemce a pronajímatele. Poslední kapitola uvádí postup odevzdání bytu po skončení nájmu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis deals with the issue of termination of the lease of an apartment, where the main part of the thesis is devoted to the notice from the tenant and the lessor. The aim of the work is to analyse the legal regulation of ways to end the apartment lease. Specifically, the termination of the lease by agreement, expiration of time, tenant's death and notice from the tenant and the lessor, together with the reasons for notice. The diploma thesis is introduced by a chapter which briefly defines the legal regulation of apartment lease. Next part analyse the methods of termination of apartment lease and the chapters devoted to notice from the tenant and lessor follows. The last chapter describes the procedure of handing over the apartment after the end of the lease.en
