dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá finančním hospodařením města Nejdek v letech 2014-2017. Důvodem výběru byl osobní zájem autorky, jelikož je obyvatelkou města. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část popisuje veřejnou správu v České republice, dále se zabývá nižšími a vyššími samosprávnými celky, jako jsou obce a kraje. V další kapitole je popsán rozpočet územní samosprávy, rozpočtový proces, zásady, výhled i skladba. Na závěr teoretické části jsou popsány příjmy a výdaje obcí a krajů. Praktická část začíná představením města Nejdek, jeho historií, současností i organizační strukturou. Pokračuje analýzou jeho příjmové a výdajové stránky. V předposlední kapitole jsou vypočítány finanční ukazatele města a na základě těchto analýz jsou navržena opatření pro města, která by mohla vylepšit situace v příštích letech.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with the financial management of the town Nejdek in the years 2014-2017. The reason for the topic selection was the personal interest of the author, as the resident of the city. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the public administration in the Czech Republic, further deals with lower and higher self-governing units, such as municipalities and regions. The next chapter desribes the budget of the regional government, the budgetary procedure, the principles, the view and the composition. At the end of the theoretical part are described the revenues and expenses of municipalities and regions. The practical part begins with the introduction of the town Nejdek, it continues with history, contemporary and organization structure. Its continuing with the analysis of income and expense page of city. In the next chapter are calculated financial indicators and based on these analyses are proposed measures for the city, that could improve the situation in the coming years.en
