dc.description.abstractPředmětem této bakalářské práce je analýza konkurenceschopnosti chomutovské firmy Vaos CV Group s.r.o. pomocí běžně používaných metod strategické analýzy. Předmětem činnosti podniku je kovoobrábění, svařování, zámečnické práce a výroba ocelových konstrukcí. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V úvodu práce je uvedena základní terminologie z oblasti konkurenceschopnosti podniku a jeho strategické analýzy. V následující části jsou provedeny jednotlivé analýzy podnikového okolí, jako například PEST analýza, Porterův model pěti sil, analýza interních faktorů a finanční analýza. Výsledky dílčích analýz shrnuje SWOT analýza. Z provedené SWOT analýzy byla poté vybrána vhodná strategie a současně doporučení pro zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti vybraného podniku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe subject of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of the competitiveness of the company Vaos CV Group s.r.o. based in Chomutov, using commonly used methods of strategic analysis. The subject of the company's activities is metalworking, welding, locksmith work and the production of steel structures. The bachelor thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. In the introduction, is given the basic terminology in the field of business competitiveness and its strategic analysis. In the following section, individual analyses of the business environment are performed, such as PEST analysis, Porter's model of five forces, analysis of internal factors, and financial analysis. The result of partial analyses is summarized in the SWOT analysis. From the performed SWOT analysis, an appropriate strategy together with recommendations for increasing the competitiveness of the selected company were formed.en
