dc.description.abstractCílem bakalářské práce je prozkoumat faktory, které ovlivňují prosperitu malé firmy. V teoretické části jsme se zaměřili na definování pojmů jako jsou podnik, podnikatel, podnikání. Dále jsme určili, jak se charakterizuje malý podnik. Definovali jsme pojem prosperita, kterou jsme následně rozdělili na vnitřní a vnější faktory prosperity ovlivňují podniky. V neposlední řadě jsme definovali rizika a konkurenci. Představili jsme metody, které byly následně použity v praktické části. V praktické části jsme představili firmu JH Technik s.r.o. a pomocí SWOT analýzy, PEST analýzy a Porterovo analýzy pěti sil jsme určili faktory ovlivňují prosperitu dané firmy. Určili jsme aktuální stav prosperity a představili řadu doporučení, které firma může implementovat pro dosažení dlouhodobé prosperity.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of the bachelor thesis is to investigate the factors that influence the prosperity of a small firm. In the theoretical part we focused on defining terms such as enterprise, entrepreneur, business. Furthermore, we determined how a small business is characterized. We defined what prosperity is, which we then divided into internal and external prosperity factors affecting businesses. Last but not least, we defined risks and competition. We presented the methods that were subsequently used in the practical part. In the practical part we introduced the company JH Technik Ltd. and using SWOT analysis, PEST analysis and Porter's five forces analysis we determined the factors affecting the prosperity of the company. We determined the current state of prosperity and presented a number of recommendations that the firm can implement to achieve long-term prosperity.en
