dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se věnuje tématu formy závěti. Práci tvoří tři kapitoly, z nichž první přibližuje obecně závěť. Druhá kapitola se detailně zaměřuje na formy závěti a rozlišuje formy závěti v rámci historického vývoje a formy závěti v současnosti. Podkapitola pojednávající o formách závěti v rámci historického vývoje podává přehled o právní úpravě forem a zrušení závěti od roku 1925 do počátku účinnosti nového občanského zákoníku. Formy závěti v současnosti se dále člení do podkapitol týkajících se závěti pořízené soukromou listinou, závěti pořízené veřejnou listinou a privilegované závěti. Další podkapitoly se soustředí na svědky závěti, mlčenlivost a zrušení závěti v současnosti. Třetí kapitola zmiňuje další dědické tituly a pořízení pro případ smrti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis deals with the topic of forms of a last will and testament. The thesis consists of three chapters, the first one describes a testament in general. The second chapter focuses in detail on the forms of a testament and distinguishes between the forms of a testament within the historical development and the forms of a testament in the present day. The subchapter dedicated to the forms of a testament in the historical development provides an overview of the legal regulation of the forms and revocation of a testament since 1925 up to the legal force of the new Civil Code. The forms of a testament in the present day are further divided into subchapters concerning a testament made by a private deed, a testament made by a public deed and a privileged testament. Other subchapters concentrate on witnesses to a testament, confidentiality and revocation of a testament in the present day. The third chapter mentions other succession titles and acquisition on death.en
