dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem ukončení stadia prověřování v trestním řízení. V jejím rámci se pojednává o trestním řízení jako celku spolu s charakteristikou jeho jednotlivých stadií. Práce se dále zaměřuje na základní zásady trestního řízení v rámci stadia prověřování a jejich uplatnění. Její stěžejní část se zabývá úkony policejních orgánů v rámci prověřování spolu s vyzdvižením její důležitosti. Hlavní téma této práce, tedy ukončení fáze prověřování je rozebráno v poslední kapitole, přičemž je zde rozebraná daná problematika spolu s odkazy na zákonnou úpravu. Závěr práce se věnuje změnám jež jsou plánované v novém trestním řádu s ohledem na fázi prověřování a její skončení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with the topic of the end of the investigation stage in criminal proceedings. It discusses the criminal procedure as a whole, together with the characteristics of its individual stages. The thesis also focuses on the basic principles of criminal proceedings within the stage of investigation and their application. Its central part deals with the acts of the police authorities within the framework of the screening stage, along with highlighting its importance. The main topic of this thesis, i.e. the end of the investigation phase, is discussed in the last chapter, whereby the issue in question is discussed together with references to statutory provisions. The conclusion of the thesis is devoted to the changes planned in the new Criminal Procedure Code with regard to the screening phase and its termination.en
