dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá umělou inteligencí a jejím vlivem na management podniků. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit současný vliv a stav využití umělé inteligence mezi vybranými podniky s důrazem na zhodnocení negativních i pozitivních faktorů vzhledem k teoretickým zákonitostem a předpokladům. Nejprve je provedena rešerše literatury zaměřená na získání celistvých informací o problematice, principech a využívání AI nejen v ČR, ale i ve světě. V návaznosti na zjištěné informace jsou prezentovány vybrané kategorie nástrojů AI. Následně jsou s vybranými respondenty provedeny rozhovory zaměřující se na zodpovězení výzkumných otázek navázaných na cíl práce. Na základě zjištěných skutečností jsou prezentovány výsledky výzkumu a navržena doporučení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with artificial intelligence and its impact on business management. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the current impact and status of the use of artificial intelligence among selected companies, with an emphasis on evaluating the negative and positive factors in relation to theoretical laws and assumptions. First, a literature search is conducted to obtain comprehensive information on the issues, principles and use of AI not only in the Czech Republic but also in the world. Following the information found, selected categories of AI tools are presented. Subsequently, interviews are conducted with selected respondents to answer research questions related to the aim of the thesis. Based on the findings, the research results are presented and recommendations are proposed.en
