dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce pojednává o pozici a roli asistenta pedagoga a vzdělávání žáků se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami na základní škole. Cílem této práce bylo porovnat kompetence asistentů pedagoga u žáků s různým druhem postižení a skutečnou spolupráci učitele a asistenta učitele v praxi. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. První se věnuje pozici asistenta pedagoga, legislativě, osobnosti asistenta učitele, jeho kompetencím, pracovní náplni a spolupráci asistenta pedagoga s učitelem. Druhá vysvětluje pojmy integrace a inkluze, vzdělávání žáků se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami. Třetí se zabývá vzděláváním žáků s různými druhy postižení a podpoře asistentem pedagoga. Čtvrtá kapitola je část výzkumná, zaměřená na podíl asistenta pedagoga na vzdělávání integrovaných žáků v běžné základní škole.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis discusses the position and the role of the teacher's assistant and the education of pupils with special educational needs at primary school. The aim of this study was to compare the skills of teacher's assistants of pupils with different disabilities and the genuine cooperation of teachers and teacher's assistants in practice. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is dedicated to the position of the teacher's assistant, the legislation, the personality of the teacher's assistant, his skills, workload and the teacher and teacher's assistant´s cooperation. The second chapter explains the concepts of integration and inclusion, the education of pupils with special educational needs. The third chapter is about the education of pupils with various disabilities and the support of the teacher's assistant. The fourth chapter is a research part focused on the teacher's assistant participation in the education of integrated pupils at common primary schools.en
