dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se věnuje tématu zánik nájmu bytu, obsahuje jednotlivé způsoby zániku nájmu bytu a největší část se zabývá pronajímatelovou výpovědí z nájmu bytu. Závěrečná kapitola se zabývá srovnáním stávající úpravy s novým občanským zákoníkem. Cílem této diplomové práce byla analýza několika prostředků ukončení nájmu bytu.cs

The main part of this thesis is written notice of termination of tenancy of a flat by landlord. The final chapter deals with comparison of the existing arrangements with the new Civil Code. The goal of my thesis was to analyze several ways of ending apartment rental.en
