dc.description.abstractPráce se zabývá rozborem problematiky vzniku a zániku obcí. Věnuje se zejména právnímu pohledu a rovněž rozebírá postavení obcí v rámci právního řádu České republiky. V rámci širšího výkladu se rovněž obecně věnuje státní správě a samosprávě. Pro ověření poznatků byl zvolen a rozebrán praktický případ v podobě zaniklé obce Malesice. Ta připojením v městu Plzni vytvořila devátý obvod tohoto statutárního města. Práce zkoumá zákonnost tohoto procesu a další problémy, jež připojení přineslo. V závěru se snaží zhodnotit budoucí vývoj.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of creation and abolition of municipalities. It focuses mainly on the legal point of view, where also analyzes the position of municipalities within the legal order of the Czech Republic. In the context of broader interpretation, it is also generally concerned with government administration and self-government administration. The practical case in the form of the abolition of Malesice municipality was chosen and analyzed to verify the legal findings in the previous parts. Malesice has joined to Pilsen and created the ninth district of this statutory city.The thesis examines the legality of this process and other issues that the proces has brought. In conclusion, it tries to evaluate future development.en
