dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá životními osudy a vědeckým přínosem dvou výjimečných židovských matematiků přelomu 19. a 20. století - Emanuela Laskera a Emmy Noetherové. Je rozdělena do několika částí. První část se zabývá Emanuelem Laskerem (jeho životem, maturitní prací a jeho vášní v šachách). Druhá část se věnuje Emmy Noetherové (jejímu životu a vědeckému přínosu). Třetí část se zabývá teorií ideálů. V poslední části je porovnání jejich společných osudů z důvodů svého původu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with the lives and scientific contributions of two exceptional Jewish mathematicians at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries - Emanuel Lasker and Emmy Noether. It is divided into several parts. The first part deals with Emanuel Lasker (his life, high school thesis, and his passion for chess). The second part is devoted to Emmy Noether (her life and scientific contributions). The third part deals with the theory of ideals. The last part compares their similar fates due to their origins.en
