dc.description.abstractTématem diplomové práce je analýza výkonnosti strategického plánu konkrétní organizace. Práce byla vypracována v podniku Strojírna Tyc s.r.o., který se zaměřuje na výrobu nových portálových center vlastního vývoje a konstrukce. V první části je představen podnik a provedena analýza jeho výkonnosti do roku 2012. Poté jsou stanoveny základní atributy marketingových prognóz. Následuje formulace vize, strategických cílů, strategií a analýza externího i interního prostředí. Z krátkodobých cílů jsou vyvozeny finanční plány společnosti a dále je provedena analýza rizik a jsou sestaveny strategické scénáře. Poslední část práce se zaměřuje na zhodnocení připravenosti podniku naplnit strategický záměr.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe theme of this graduation thesis is Performance Analysis of Strategic Plan of a chosen Organization. The thesis was performed on the company Strojírna Tyc s.r.o., which is focused on the production of a new portal center from its own development and construction. In the opening chapter of the thesis, the company is introduced and the analysis of its efficiency, concluding in 2012, is performed. After which, the basic attributes of the marketing predictions were determined, followed by the formulation of a vision, strategic objectives, strategies and analysis of an external and internal environment. The financial plans of the organization were settled from the short-term goals, the risk analysis was performed and the strategic scenarios were constructed. The last part of the thesis focuses on the evaluation of readiness to meet strategic business plan.en
