dc.description.abstractV rámci této diplomové práce autor řeší otázku zefektivnění logistických procesů v rámci výrobního Automotive podniku. Práce nejprve uvádí teoretické poznatky pro pozdější praktickou analýzu logistických procesů a skladování ve firmě. Poté je firma krátce charakterizována a jsou podrobně představeny procesy její interní logistiky, v nichž autor nalezl několik nedostatků vhodných k nápravě pomocí vhodné inovace. Inovace spočívá v návrhu komplexního systému pro řízení skladu a zásob. Následně autor popisuje možný způsob implementace do současných procesů firmy a všechna jeho možná úskalí, srovnává současný stav s teoretickým stavem po implementování změny, hodnotí jeho přínosy a možné nedostatky. Firma hodlá takový systém v budoucnu navrhnout a zavést.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedIn this thesis the author addresses the issue of streamlining logistics processes within the Automotive manufacturing company. The thesis first presents theoretical knowledge for later practical analysis of logistics processes and warehousing in the company. Then, the company is briefly characterized and its internal logistics processes are presented in detail, in which the author found several deficiencies suitable for correction through appropriate innovation. The innovation consists in the design of a comprehensive warehouse and inventory management system. Subsequently, the author describes the possible method of implementation into the current processes of the company and all its possible pitfalls, compares the current state with the theoretical state after the implementation of the change, evaluates its benefits and possible shortcomings. The company intends to design and implement such a system in the future.en
