dc.description.abstractHlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je překlad textu z oblasti managementu, konkrétně z oblasti vedení lidí. Jedná se o překlad z anglického do českého jazyka. Práce obsahuje teoretickou část, praktickou část, komentář a glosář. V teoretické části jsou popsány obecné znalosti teorie překladu. Praktická část zahrnuje samotný překlad textu. Komentář je rozdělen na 2 hlavní části: makroanalýzu a mikroanalýzu. V glosáři jsou pak vysvětleny některé obtížné příklady a výrazy. Poslední částí této práce je závěr, který shrnuje obsah celé bakalářské práce. Na úplném konci nalezneme poznámky, souhrn použitých zdrojů, shrnutí anglickém i českém jazyce a přílohy.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe main aim of this thesis is to translate a text from the field of management, specifically from the field of leadership. The translation is from the English to the Czech language. The thesis includes the theoretical part, practical part, commentary and glossary. In theoretical part general knowledge of the theory of translation is described. Practical part includes the translation. Commentary is divided into two main parts: macroanalysis and microanalysis. In glossary some difficult examples and expressions are described and explained. At the very end the endnotes, bibliography, abstract, resumé and appendix are included.en
