dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem mapování spokojenosti klientů s pečovatelskou službou na Plzni-severu. Taktéž se v práci nachází zákonem daná charakteristika pečovatelské služby, její cílová skupina nebo úkony, které pečovatelská služba poskytuje. V práci je také nastíněna její historie a zahraniční podoba pečovatelské služby. Výzkum je založen na kvantitativním dotazníkovém šetření, které doplňují kvalitativní polostrukturované rozhovory. Tudíž je využit smíšený sběr dat, který zkoumá, jak jsou klienti spokojeni s pečovatelskou službou na Plzni-severu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of mapping client's satisfaction with the Nursing service in the region of northern Pilsen. The thesis also contains the characteristics of the nursing service given by law, its target group or the tasks that the Nursing service provides. The bachelor's thesis also outlines its history and the foreign form of the Nursing service. The research is based on a quantitative questionnaire survey, which is complemented by qualitative semi-structured interviews. Therefore, a mixed methods is used, which examines how clients are satisfied with the Nursing service in the region of northern Pilsen.en
