dc.description.abstractCíl této bakalářské práce spočívá v nezávislém odborném zhodnocení účelnosti organizační struktury Finanční správy České republiky ve vazbě na definovanou působnost a její reformy v minulých letech. Úvodní kapitoly jsou zaměřeny na představení Finanční správy České republiky, hierarchické uspořádání a působnost jejích orgánů a rovněž seznámení se stěžejními právními předpisy. Významná část práce je věnována organizačnímu uspořádání uvnitř orgánů Finanční správy České republiky se zaměřením na nosné agendy. Pozornost je dále zaměřena na legislativní změny, význam celostátní působnosti ve vztahu k současnému uspořádání a nakonec je hodnoceno, zda současné nastavení odpovídá záměru uskutečněných reforem v posledních letech. Závěrečné úvahy směřují k možnosti centrálního řízení Finanční správy České republiky jakožto efektivního systému řízení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of this bachelor thesis is an independent professional evaluation of the effectiveness of the organizational structure of the Financial Administration of the Czech Republic in relation to the defined scope of its competence and its reforms in the past years. The introductory chapters are focused on the introduction of the Financial Administration of the Czech Republic, the hierarchical organisation and the scope of its bodies, as well as an introduction to the key legislation. A significant part of the thesis is devoted to the organisational set-up within the bodies of the Financial Administration of the Czech Republic, focusing on the core agendas. Attention is also focused on legislative changes, the importance of the national competence in relation to the current set-up and finally it is assessed whether the current set-up is in line with the intention of the reforms implemented in recent years. The final considerations are directed towards the possibility of central management of the Financial Administration of the Czech Republic as an effective management system.en
