| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na společenskou odpovědnost firem v odvětví pivovarnictví, konkrétně na oblast minipivovarů. Prvním cílem práce je definice konceptu společenské odpovědnosti firem a souvisejících pojmů. Druhým cílem je představení analyzovaného odvětví pivovarnictví. V analýze je obsažené i hodnocení webových a facebookových stránek minipivovarů. Posledním cílem práce je zjistit postoj spotřebitelů ke společenské odpovědnosti minipivovarů. Výzkum je proveden pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Analýza dat je provedena pomocí statistických metod. V závěru práce jsou navrhnuta opatření vedoucí ke zvýšení povědomí spotřebitelů o společenské odpovědnosti. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor thesis is focused on Corporate social responsibility in the brewing industry, specifically in the field of microbreweries. The first goal of this thesis is to define the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility and other related subjects. The second goal is to introduce the brewing industry. The analysis also includes a rating of the websites and Facebook pages of microbreweries. The last goal is to detect the consumer's attitude to the corporate social responsibility of microbreweries. The research is carried out with a questionnaire survey. The data analysis is accomplished by using statistical methods. In the ending, there are suggested arrangements leading to the increase in the consumer's knowledge about CSR. | en |
