dc.description.abstractCilem teto bakalarske prace je vytvorit castecny plan nove, plne automatizovane cerpaci stanice v nemeckem podniku Bergler GmbH. V teoreticke casti jsou vysvetleny zakladni pojmy projektoveho managementu a vybrane metody pro spravne rizeni projektu. Dale jsou v teoreticke casti rozebrany problematiky jak financniho planovani, financniho ohodnoceni projektu, analyzy rizik, spravne komunikace nebo spravneho vytvoreni casoveho harmonogramu projektu. Ziskane znalosti jsou aplikovany v prakticke casti. Obsahem prakticke casti je seznameni s projektem cerpaci stanice, vytvoreni logickeho ramce, vytvoreni Ganttova diagramu s rizenim lidskych zdroju, vyhotoveni financniho planu projektu a analyza rizik s moznymi protikroky. Dale je v prakticke casti projekt financne analyzovan a na konci prace je okrajove priblizena problematika realizace projektu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of this bachelor thesis is to create a partial plan of a new, fully automated gas station in the German company Bergler GmbH. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts of project management and selected methods for proper project management. Furthermore, the theoretical part discusses the issues of financial planning, financial evaluation of projects, risk analysis, proper communication and the correct creation of a project schedule. The acquired knowledge is applied in the practical part. The content of the practical part is an explanation of the project of the gas station, creation of a logical framework, creation of a Gantt chart with human resources management, preparation of a financial plan for the project and risk analysis with possible countermeasures. Furthermore, in the practical part, the project is financially analyzed and at the end of the work is a marginal approach to the problematics of project implementation.en
