| dc.description.abstract | Účelem mé bakalářské práce bylo přeložit text z oblasti anglické sociální historie, vytvořit komentář a glosář. Vybrala jsem si kapitolu z knihy "We danced all night", která popisuje život britské královské rodiny v meziválečném období. Má práce je rozdělena do dvou části. První část je teoretická, v té se zabývám metodami překladu, funkčními styly nebo kritikou překladu. Praktická část obsahuje samotný překlad, podrobnou analýzu textu a glosář. | cs |

I chose a chapter from the book "We danced all night", which describes the life of the British royal family in the interwar period. My work is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical, in which I deal with translation methods, functional styles or critique of translation. The practical part contains a translation, a detailed micro and macro analysis and a glossary with 56 vocabulary. | en |
