dc.description.abstractHlavním cílem diplomové práce je institut výpovědi zevrubně popsat. Na počátku jsou charakterizovány základní pojmy této práce, tedy samotná výpověď, jakož i osoba obviněného, obžalovaného a svědka v trestním řízení. Dále se zaměřuje na specifika výpovědi v jednotlivých fázích trestního řízení a v neposlední řadě jsou vymezeny pro autorku nejzajímavější aspekty vážící se na tento institut, jako je mlčenlivost či pravdivá a nepravdivá výpověď. V závěru je celá práce shrnuta a je podtržen význam tohoto institutu, jak pro obviněného na straně jedné tak pro orgány činné v trestním řízení na straně druhé.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedMain goal of the Master thesis is to describe thoroughly the institute of testimony. In the beginning of the composition there are descibed the most important terms, such as testimony, suspect, accused and witness in the criminal procedure. Than is the composition focused on particularities of testimony in each stage of criminal procedure and after that author delineates the most interesting aspects of testimony, such as maintaining confidentiality and untrue testimony. At the end of the composition is the whole work summarized and the importance of the institute oftestimony emphasized.en
