dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá problematikou neprospěchu žáků na základních a středních školách. Shrnuje základní informace týkající se příčin neprospěchu žáků. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vnitřní a vnější činitele neprospěchu. Pozornost je věnována především motivaci a rozboru vnějších a vnitřních motivačních činitelů. Praktická část je zaměřena na zmapování postoje žáků a jejich motivaci k učení, na analýzu neoblíbenosti předmětů a zjištění, co je pro učitele při výuce jeho předmětu nejdůležitějšícs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis focuses on the poor school results of pupils in primary and secondary schools and summarizes its basic information and the causes. The theoretical part of this thesis is focused on internal and external failure factors. The attention is mainly paid to motivation and analysis of internal and external motivating factors. The practical part is focused on mapping the attitude of students and their motivation for learning, analysis of the unpopularity of subjects and determines causes as well as the fact, what is for teachers the most important by teaching.en
