dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce je zaměřená na výpočet návratnosti investičního projektu přírůstkovou metodou. Autorka nejprve charakterizovala podnikatelský subjekt, formulovala vizi společnosti, její strategické cíle a strategii k dosažení těchto cílů. V další části byla provedena analýza interního a externího prostředí firmy. Výsledkem těchto analýz bylo stanovení silných a slabých stránek, příležitostí a hrozeb. V kapitole, obsahující charakteristiku investičního projektu, byl stanoven logický rámec projektu včetně Ganttova diagramu. Poté byl sestaven finanční plán, zahrnující plánovaný výkaz zisku a ztráty, plánovanou rozvahu a plánovaný cash-flow. V rámci hodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti projektu byla použita přírůstková metoda a vypočítána doba návratnosti projektu, čistá současná hodnota projektu a vnitřní výnosové procento. Ze SWOT analýzy a analýzy citlivosti byly stanoveny nejvýznamnější rizikové faktory, které byly rozebrány v pesimistickém scénáři a následně opět vypočtena doba návratnosti, čistá současná hodnota a vnitřní výnosové procento. Diplomová práce je zakončena závěrečným zhodnocením uvažovaného investičního projektu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis is focused on the calculation of the return on the investment project using incremental method. At first it was characterized the business entity, then the vision of the company, strategic objectives and strategies to achieve those objectives were formulated. In the next part of the thesis there is the analysis of internal and external business environment. The result of these analyzes was to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. In the chapter which contains the description of the investment project was set logical framework of the project including Gantt chart. Then was the financial plan set, including the planned profit and loss account, planned balance sheet and planned cash-flow. For the evaluation of economic efficiency of the project there was the incremental method used and it was also calculated the project payback period, net present value of the project and the internal rate of return. Due to the SWOT analysis and sensitivity analysis there were determined major risk factors that have been discussed in the pessimistic scenario, there were re-calculated payback period, net present value and internal rate of return. The thesis is completed by the evaluation of the investment project.en
