Abstract
Over the centuries, human presence has left indelible marks of its passage, signing the ground and conditioning history. The desire to reconstruct even partially parts of this more or less distant past has motivated archaeologists and anthropologists to draw from different sciences in order to search for an individual and collective identity capable of satisfying the desire to belong to any social group. However, sometimes, blinded by the desire to define a communal history, a cultural heritage, we lose sight of the rights of those who, unsuspecting, left the traces of this past that we strive to reconstruct
