dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je zaměřena na téma vedení lidí v organizaci ZDM, s. r. o. Cílem této práce je analyzovat styly vedení, které se ve společnosti využívají. Práce je členěna na osm kapitol. První kapitola se věnuje tématu manažera, jeho funkcím a kvalitám. Druhá kapitola se věnuje řízení a definování rozdílu mezi řízením a vedením. Třetí kapitola popisuje vedení detailněji a čtvrtá, nejdelší kapitola se věnuje přímo stylům vedení. Pátá kapitola představuje společnost. Šestá kapitola se věnuje analyzování stylů vedení ve společnosti. Sedmá kapitola se zabývá zhodnocením získaných poznatků a určením manažerského stylu vedení, které se v organizaci využívá. Poslední kapitola se zabývá návrhem opatření pro zlepšení dané oblasti. V tomto případě se jedná o školení efektivního delegování.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis is focused on the leadership in the organization ZDM Ltd. The aim of this work is to analyze the leadership styles that are used in the selected company. The thesis is divided into eight chapters. The first chapter describes the topic of the manager, his functions and qualities. The second chapter is focused on direction and defining the difference between direction and leadership. The third chapter describes leadership in more detail and the fourth chapter is dedicated straight to leadership styles. The fifth chapter describes organization. The sixth chapter is devoted to analyzing management styles used in the organization. The seventh chapter evaluates findings and determines management styles used in company. The last chapter is based on the findings of previous chapter. It contains the proposal of recommendation that could improve the situation in the company. In this case, it is a training of effective delegation.en
