dc.description.abstractV této bakalářské práci bylo zpracováno téma Interní komunikace v organizaci. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vysvětlování pojmů komunikace, typy komunikace, komunikační bariéry, interní komunikace v organizaci a předpoklady pro správné fungování interní komunikace. V praktické části byla představena vybraná organizace, u které byla provedena analýza vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí. Součástí této části je i analýza interní komunikace organizace a dotazníkové šetření, díky kterému autorka získala důležité poznatky, které byly následně zhodnoceny. Na závěr této práce jsou uvedena navrhovaná řešení, které by měla vést ke zlepšení interní komunikace organizace.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of this bachelor's thesis focuses on Internal communication in an organization. The bachelor's thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part is focused on the explanation of terms used in communication, as well as on types of communication, communication barriers, internal communication in an organization, and preconditions for the proper functioning of internal communication. The practical part consists of an introduction of the selected organization and an analysis of its internal and external environment. This part also includes an analysis of internal communication in a selected organization and a survey, through which the author gained important knowledge about the organization and then used its results in the evaluation. At the end of this bachelor's thesis, there are also suggested solutions that should lead to the improvement of internal communication in the organization.en
