dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá aplikací modelů architektury Transformer na specifické úlohy z praxe, které souvisejí se správou dokumentace XML transakcí ve skladových systémech. Práce zkoumá možnosti využití těchto modelů pro automatické generování textových popisů transakcí z XML dat a pro implementaci pokročilého sémantického a hybridního vyhledávání v těchto popisech. Pro úlohy generování textu byl experimentálně nasazen model T5 a pro sémantické vyhledávání byla využita kombinace modelu Jina Embeddings V3 a vektorové databáze Faiss, doplněná o metody TFIDF. Cílem práce je zhodnocení efektivity a praktické použitelnosti těchto transformerových přístupů, včetně analýzy kvality generovaných výstupů a celkové výkonnosti vyvinutého vyhledávacího systému.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis deals with the application of Transformer architecture models to specific practical tasks related to the management of XML transaction documentation in warehouse systems. The thesis explores the possibilities of using these models for the automatic generation of textual transaction descriptions from XML data and for the implementation of advanced semantic and hybrid search in these descriptions. For text generation tasks, the T5 model was experimentally deployed and for semantic search, a combination of the Jina Embeddings V3 model and the Faiss vector database was utilized, supplemented by TF-IDF methods. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the efficiency and practical usability of these Transformer-based approaches, including an analysis of the quality of the generated outputs and the overall performance of the developed search system.en
