dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu a následnou optimalizaci vybraných podnikových procesů ve společnosti Invel PLUS spol. s r. o. Teoretická část s praktickou se v této diplomové práci prolínají. V teoretické části práce je společnost, ve které byla diplomová práce zpracována, charakterizována a jsou zde uvedená jak historická, tak současná data. Kapitola je doplněná o organigram a také výrobkové portfolio společnosti. Následně jsou vysvětleny a definovány pojmy proces a procesní řízení. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu podnikových procesů s podporou softwaru ARIS Architect & Designer. Na analýzu plynule navazuje jejich optimalizace. V závěru práce bylo provedeno ekonomické zhodnocení navržených opatření.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis is focused on the analysis and subsequent optimization of selected business processes in the company Invel PLUS spol. s r. o. In this diploma thesis the theoretical part and the practical part are intertwined. The company is characterized in the theoretical part of the work, where both, historical and current data are mentioned. The chapter is supplemented with an organization chart and the company's product portfolio. Subsequently, the terms process and process management are explained and defined. The practical part is focused on the analysis of business processes with the support of ARIS Architect & Designer software. The analysis is followed by the optimization of processes. At the end of the thesis, an economic evaluation of the proposed measures was performed.en
